Global Seed Vault

After watching the TED talks and reading about the global seed banks, I have come to grow fond of this project that world scientist have come together in order to preserve biodiversity in this world. I agree that we should preserve seeds in order to ensure our survival for the future's climate change. This project is very smart for it will allow us to grow a different kind of crop in an area suitable for that crop since global warming will change the location best suited for a certain plant specie to grow in. My only question that I have is how would the seeds be given back to the people who onwn them?
